Hmm. Well, the facebook page isn't actually a profile, just a fan page. I can give three reasons why it's definitely not run by AYA just from scanning the page: 1) It's written primarily in English when AYA has said she doesn't speak it, 2) On the page the Miharu name is used liberally and you'll notice she never mentions it on her MySpace or blog, and doesn't want to be associated with it anymore, 3) there are some very Spanish-sounding typos on the page ("proyect" instead of "project" -- the Japanese word is purojekuto while the Spanish word is proyecto, so it's not a likely typo for a Japanese person to make).
I find the Noria and Riyu MySpaces unlikely, Noria's especially. There are some really weird things related to the Japanese on her page, for example referring to うちの3姉妹 as マイスリーシスターズ. (Basically, she's calling the Uchi no 3 Shimai anime by the English translation of its name, only in Katakana. Which is a silly way to do it, and also something she doesn't do on her blog.) Additionally, Noria still seems to be working with Avex, and Kanna said at some point that Avex doesn't let its artists have things like MySpaces and Mixis and such. Even beyond that -- one of her top friends is a DIFFERENT Riyu, and if you look at their MySpace walls Noria has written comments on that Riyu's wall -- in English. About one of their friends named Tiffany. :

faaaaake.
That's also why I find Riyu's MySpace doubtful, since I assume she's still working with Avex -- but *maybe* she isn't anymore (we'll have to wait for her new album to find out I guess). Her MySpace looks significantly more legit than Noria's, but I do kind of question it still. Little things, like including Toshiba-EMI on her list of record labels (which is technically true because of the true... single, but she never includes the true... single on discography pages anymore so I don't think she would count it?), the fact that she has LOVEACCELE's upload of Platinum Smile on her page (wouldn't she be more interested in getting that stuff off of YouTube than in having it on her MySpace?), etc. It looks the most legit of the bunch though, I have to say.
As for the BeForU one, I don't know... they're not with Avex so they don't have THAT issue. There are little things that make me think it's not legit -- like how they have a little ad banner for their major debut with Avex with OriNEXT on it, when all mentions of OriNEXT are gone from their website... A couple of other little nitpicky things like that.
Basically:
AYA facebook page and Noria MySpace: 100% definitely fan-made
Riyu and BeForu Myspaces: Not terribly likely, but maybe?
